Refund policy

We currently do not support refunds, returns or provide a return address because the products you order are personalised and made-on-demand (produced when you submit your order).

Lost Orders
For packages lost in transit, please email us at hello@jogondevart.com with your order number within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll  investigate the matter and be happy to send a replacement order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and email us at hello@jogondevart.com within 2 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. It is necessary to attach photos of your items (packaging, shipping label and product) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
